Cancellation of orders are not allowed upon confirmation, else you will be blacklisted. In cancellation cases where payment had already been made, there will be NO refund.

Priority will be given to those who pay first. We reserve the right to release the items to others and if you do not pay within 24hrs upon confirmation of orders.

As time is needed to process your orders, the availability of our stock are subject to change at any time. If your orders are out of stock at the time of process, you will be informed via email. You can either opt for a FULL refund if payment had already been made or backorder (subject to availability), and kindly reply to the same email.

Delivery

Preferred choice. Preferred places for meet up include Tanjong Pagar MRT or Sengkang MRT. However, other locations near town/northeast/east will be considered depending on the quantity of items and at our convenience.

#2: Normal Mail
FREE POSTAGE. Items will be mailed out via normal mailing method within 48hrs upon receiving payment.

In cases where items are heavier than usual, postage fee will be borne by customers.

#3: Registered Mail
Pls add $2.24 on top of your purchases for registered mail.
